Kona Sunset Villas is a small complex, comprised of twenty‑one villas, located just off Highway 11, at the 119 mile marker, in the Kona Seaview Lots residential subdivision. This is three miles south of the village of Kailua at the 350 foot elevation level. Each villa has an unobstructed view from the lanai of about eight miles of the Kona coastline including Kailua Bay, where cruise ships are frequently anchored. When constructed in 1980, the developer had the power lines on Seaview Circle buried underground for about 300 lineal feet, which results in "unobstructed by power lines" views from all 21 villas. The 21 villas are contained in a three story frame building with stucco and masonry exterior. Constructed in 1980, the shingled roof was replaced with a metal roof in 1997. The exterior was repainted in 2001. The 40,000 sq.ft. property has assigned parking for 21 cars and 7 guest parking spaces. We have a 20x40 swimming pool, a spa, a pool house with rest-rooms, and BBQ area. There are 21 storage closets under the building, with each villa being assigned one. There are two entrances from the parking area, one is downstairs to the 1st floor and the other being a
six foot wide bridge to the 2nd floor. There are also two attached stairwells that access all
three floors. Pets are not allowed at Kona Sunset Villas.
